Two Format Options

There are two main formats available depending on the length and detail of your ceremony.

A4 Flat Ceremony Sheets

A single sheet printed on both sides at 210 x 297mm. This format is suitable for shorter ceremonies where all content fits clearly across two pages.

A5 Folded Booklets

An A4 sheet folded to A5, creating a four-page booklet. This format suits longer ceremonies with more detailed content such as full hymns, multiple readings, and additional notes.

Both options are printed in full colour and supplied ready to hand out to guests.

All ceremony sheets are printed on 350gsm premium digital cardstock.

Typical content includes the couple's names and wedding date, venue details, order of service, readings and their sources, hymns or songs with verses where guests sing along, names of the wedding party, and acknowledgements. For religious ceremonies, prayers and spoken responses guests are expected to join in with are commonly included. Content is entirely your choice in consultation with your officiant.

The flat A4 is a single card printed on both sides, giving two printable surfaces. The folded format is a scored and folded A4 sheet producing a four-page A5 booklet. The folded format suits longer ceremonies with more content; the flat format suits shorter services where two sides is enough.

Printed stationery cannot be corrected after production. Proofread all text meticulously before submitting, including names, readings, hymn verses, times, and venue details. If printready.live identifies a technical file issue, they will contact you before printing, but text content is the responsibility of the person placing the order.

Two formats are available: A4 flat (210x297mm, printed both sides) and A5 folded booklet (148x210mm when closed, four printable pages). Both are printed full colour on 350gsm premium digital cardstock.

Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed on all sides. For the folded format, set up the artwork as a flat A4 showing all four panels. Confirm the panel layout and fold direction with printready.live before finalising the file. Keep text at least 4mm inside the trim line.

350gsm premium digital cardstock. This is a substantial weight that holds its shape in guests' hands without bending or curling, noticeably firmer than standard print card.

Four pages: a front cover, a two-page inside spread, and a back cover. This gives enough space for a full order of service including hymn verses, readings, wedding party names, and acknowledgements.

Ceremony content is usually one of the last elements finalised. Readings, hymns, and the order of service are often confirmed with the officiant two to four weeks before the wedding. Allow at least one to two weeks from artwork submission for production and delivery, and factor in time to address any proofing issues before committing to print.

Yes, 3mm bleed on all sides for both formats. Any background colour or image that runs to the edge of the finished card must extend into the bleed area to avoid a white border after trimming.

Yes. Full colour printing reproduces photographs accurately on 350gsm cardstock. Engagement photos are commonly used on the cover of folded booklets. Supply images at a minimum of 300dpi at the finished print size.
