More about Printed Raffle Tickets Ireland

Printed raffle tickets are one of those things you don’t think about until you actually need them, and then you realise they need to be right. They are the backbone of any draw. Clear numbers, a clean tear, and no confusion on the night all matter.

At printready.live, printed raffle tickets are produced with sequential numbering and perforated stubs as standard, so everything lines up properly when it comes time to pick a winner. No handwriting numbers. No mismatched tickets. Just a straightforward system that works.

Why Printed Raffle Tickets Matter

When you’re running a raffle, organisation is everything. Each ticket needs to match a stub, each number needs to be unique, and when you’re dealing with hundreds or thousands of entries, there’s no room for error.

Professionally printed raffle tickets keep things clean, trackable, and easy to manage, whether tickets are being sold over several weeks or on the night of an event. Simple, but essential.

Formats That Suit How You Sell

We produce raffle tickets in two main formats.

A6 Ticket Books

The most common format. Each book contains 10 tickets, stapled and perforated, making them ideal for clubs, schools, and groups selling tickets door-to-door or through members. Books can be distributed, tracked, and returned easily, keeping everything organised.

DL Loose Tickets

Supplied as individual tickets, offering more space for design. Often used for events, corporate functions, or charity nights where tickets are sold in one location or handed out directly.

Both formats are designed to tear cleanly and handle easily during use.

Print Options

You can keep raffle tickets simple or fully branded depending on the event.

Single Colour

Black print on coloured paper such as cream, pink, or yellow. This is the traditional format, cost-effective, easy to read, and still widely used for school raffles and club draws across Ireland.

Full Colour

Printed on white stock, allowing for logos, sponsor branding, event details, and even prize images. Suited to charity events, corporate raffles, and occasions where presentation is important.

Who Orders Raffle Tickets

Printed raffle tickets are used across a wide range of organisations in Ireland.

• GAA clubs running annual draws
• Schools organising Christmas or summer fundraisers
• Charities hosting prize nights
• Businesses running corporate events or staff raffles

If there’s a draw happening, there is usually a stack of tickets behind it.

Built for Real Use

These are not just printed sheets, they are made for handling and real-world use.

• Perforated stubs tear cleanly every time
• Sequential numbering stays consistent across all tickets
• Books remain intact until they are ready to be used

It’s the small details that make the draw run smoothly.
